2. The website does not create a lawyer–client relationship
The content of this website is general information and is not legal, tax or investment advice on any particular case. Sending a booking request does not create a lawyer–client relationship: that relationship begins only when a written engagement letter is signed by both parties. Prices and legal rules shown here may change.
3. Bookings, confirmation and cancellation
Every booking made here is a request: the date and time are subject to our confirmation by WhatsApp or email. Consultations cost 60 € in person and 50 € online, and are held from 17:00 to 19:00. We then send a secure card payment link, or our details for transfer or Bizum; the appointment is firm once payment is received. The fee is deducted from the fees of any matter later instructed. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before; after that, or if you do not attend, the amount is not refunded. The same 24-hour rule applies to tours, whose route may be adapted for traffic, weather or your preferences.
4. Fees and payment
Lawyers' fees in Spain are freely agreed between lawyer and client. Any figure shown here is our own orientative price and is not a bar association scale. VAT at 21 % is not included. Notary, land registry, official fees, procurador and experts are charged separately. Every engagement is confirmed in writing with its price before any work starts.
5. Privacy and data protection

Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request. Recipients: no transfers except where required by law or to providers strictly necessary. Retention: during the professional relationship and thereafter for the legally required periods, including anti-money-laundering law. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mn@nacirilaw.com, and complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Important: this form does not transmit your data automatically; your device opens WhatsApp or your email programme with the text already written and you send it yourself. Please do not include sensitive documents.
6. Confidentiality and professional secrecy
All information you share with us is covered by professional secrecy under Spanish law and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where the law requires it. WhatsApp, email and social networks are not fully secure channels; for sensitive documents we will provide a secure method.
7. Anti-money-laundering obligations
In property transactions, company formation and management of funds, Spanish law requires us to identify the client and the beneficial owner and to verify the origin of the funds. We will ask you for this documentation before starting.
8. Intellectual property and liability
The texts, images, illustrations and design of this website belong to Naciri Law Spain and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission. All rights reserved. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the general information published here, nor for the content of external websites linked from this page.
9. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, unless a mandatory consumer rule provides otherwise. Complaints about our professional conduct may also be addressed to the Málaga Bar Association.
